Our BJJ Fundamentals program was created to teach all new students the basic core fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The class solely focuses on introductory techniques and concepts from all positions. Our goal is to teach students the basic principals of Jiu Jitsu that will help with their growth & development.

BELT RANK REQUIREMENTS:

White to Black belt (All skill levels allowed)
